Berry Trifle
Ingredients
- fresh strawberries
- fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 batch strawberry pudding (*see notes)
- 1 prepared white cake (*see notes)
Instructions
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
- Repeat layers.
- Whip the cream, and add sugar. Use half the cream as the next layer.
- Top with half of the fresh blueberries.
- Use half the strawberry pudding and layer it over the cake.
- Cut cake into small chunks and layer in a trifle dish or individual parfait glasses.
Notes
