Skinny Chicken Cordon Bleu Bake
Ingredients
- 1 tsp of pepper.
- 1 tsp of salt.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup.
- 1 cup of nonfat milk.
- 1/4 cup of reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese.
- 1 cup of shredded swiss cheese.
- 1 box of stuffing mix.
- 2 cups of diced ham.
- 2 cups of cooked chicken cut into chunks.
Instructions
- In a preheated oven to 350° bake covered with foil for 35 to 40 minutes, at 25 minutes of baking, remove the foil and bake until the cheese is melted.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Pour the soup over the chicken and top with the stuffing mix.
- In a sprayed casserole dish, layer the chopped chicken and season with salt and pepper. Top with ham and swiss cheese.
- Mix together the soup and milk in a mixing bowl.
- First, prepare the stuffing mix according to the package instructions.
