Harvest Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 c. water
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. bread stuffing mix
- 8 slices pineapple
- 8 pork chops
Instructions
- Combine stuffing mix with water, egg and butter or use your own stuffing recipe. Place each pork chop on a piece of foil; top with a slice of pineapple, then with a mound of stuffing. Seal each package and bake in very hot 450 degree oven for 40 minutes.
