Applebee's Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 4 ounces softened cream cheese - (1/2 pkg)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 10 ounces prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan-Romano cheese blend
- roughly chopped
- 1 can artichoke hearts - (14 oz) -- drained, and
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach - (10 oz) -- thawed
Instructions
- Serve as the "sauce" for "Applebee's Veggie Patch Pizza" (see recipe) or as a dip for chips.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
- Combine ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.
