  1. Pour over salad and serve.
  2. Combine all your dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Mix all your salad ingredients together in a bowl and set aside.

Notes

You can use any vegetables you happen to have in your fridge. Dr. Wilbur’s point in discussing salads was that we can get a whole lot more veggies into our eating plans if we dump as many veggies as we can into a salad. So load up! The above list is just a suggestion.
