Swiss Steak
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lbs. baby carrots
- 1 can (large) tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 6 tenderized steaks
Instructions
- Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours or in crock pot on Low for 8 hours.
- Add some extra pepper and a dash of seasoning salt.
- Place browned steaks in baking dish or crock pot with other ingredients.
- Brown steaks with seasoning salt and pepper.
