Jean's Chicken Asparagus Casserole
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup green onion (minced)
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 cup Velveeta (cubed)
- 1 lb. chicken (browned and cubed)
- 1 can of asparagus spears or cuts
- 1 small jar of pimentos
- 1 lb. wide egg noodles
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Instructions
- Bake for 1 - 1.5 hours at 375 F.
- Layer the noodles mixture and other ingredients
- Mix together noodles, soups and mayo
- Cook noodles (do not overcook)
- Brown and cube chicken
