1 to 2 cups shredded colby jack or cheddar cheese (or your favorite!)
Fritos chips
3 T chili powder
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 cans diced tomatoes (14-15 oz)
2 cups cooked rice
1 can chili beans
1 green pepper - chopped
1 lg onion - chopped
2 lbs ground beef
Instructions
You can also add any of your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc!
Brown ground beef with onions and peppers, drain. Add chili beans, tomatoes, rice, seasonings. Simmer until heated through and sauce thickens. Removed from heat and add crushed Fritos and top with cheese. Enjoy!
